haystack hill

   (Puerto Rican.) In the tropics, rounded conical hill of limestone developed as a result of solution. Term replaced by mogote [10].
   Synonyms: (French.) mogote; (German.) Mogote; (Italian.) mogote, rilievo carsico residuo; (Spanish.) mogote; (Turkish.) konik !!kireçtaÕ2 tepesi; (Yugoslavian.) hum.
